Hi, I'm Jane Wenning, a Certified Medical Technologist, Certified Athletic Trainer and YOUR future Health Mentor.
Over the past two decades I've helped hundreds of people improve their health.
I used my education as a clinical laboratory scientist and an athletic trainer to create a health system that transformed my mind, body and my spirit.
My clients didn’t realize how important sleep was and how much stress affected their health.
The simple fact is, that all 4 PILLARS OF HEALTH are intricately tied together. You can’t just focus on what you eat or how you move your body and obtain vibrant health.
