Who am I?   I am Just Jane:

Just like many of you, I am faith filled.

Just like many of you, I am a sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend.  

Just like many of you, I struggle to balance work and home.

Just like many of you, I am (at times) overwhelmed.

Just like many of you, I struggle with body image. 

Just like ALL of you, I desire to be healthy.

Just like ALL of you, I desire to live my best life.

Health is defined as balancing the physiological systems of the body.  

I help people balance the physiological systems of their body using 4 pillars - RECOVERY, EMOTIONAL ENERGY, NUTRITION and MOVEMENT.

I can assure you that when you balance the physiological systems of your body: 

  • You will become more grounded in faith.  
  • You will become a better sister, wife, mother, aunt and friend. 
  • You will become more balanced with work and home life.
  • You will become less overwhelmed.  
  • You will become more accepting of your body.
  • You will become more healthy.
  • You will BE living your best life every day!

How Did I Find This Calling? 

 I have been helping women for more than 20 years balance their health. My greatest and most precious success story that I love to share is about my younger brother who’d struggled with Colitis for 10 years. When you have Colitis, fear, depression and isolation are your constant companions. In 2016, he was told by his doctor that his colon was so inflamed it was time for it to come out.  I sat with him at that doctor appointment as he heard this devastating news. The doctor had spoken so flippantly, like my brother was going in for a haircut, like having a part of his body removed was no big deal. 

Walking out of the doctor's office, my brother asked me to help him keep his colon. That was 5 years ago. Together, we came up with a plan to address his health head on, using the techniques that would later help me build my 4 Pillars model. It took work and change and lots of love and support, but he was able to truly live his life in a way that honors his body and his spirit and keeps him as healthy as he can possibly be. Today, he still has his colon. He no longer  needs steroids. He has not had any flare ups (except for the carrot soup he had while we were in Ireland -- oops!). He is living his best life.   

I have spent years studying and perfecting my system, so that I can pass on this knowledge to those who need it most. I consider my knowledge a gift that I want to share with you!  I would be honored to teach you how to balance your health so that you can live your best life too!
